SpamStike Terms and Conditions

1. User Accounts

1.1. Account Creation: To use certain features of the Service, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

1.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. SpamStrike reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any unauthorized use is suspected.

2. Use of the Service

2.1. Message filtering: SpamStrike requires access to filter messages from unknown senders for its functionality. By using the Service, you grant SpamStrike the necessary permissions to access and use SMS message information from senders outside of your contacts. SpamStrike will only use this information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

2.2. Prohibited Activities: You agree to not violate any applicable laws or regulations or transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. SpamStrike Content: All content provided through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SpamStrike and is protected by intellectual property laws.

3.2. User Content: By uploading, submitting, or otherwise making available any content through the Service, you grant SpamStrike a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.

4. Termination

SpamStrike reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, expressed or implied. SpamStrike makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SpamStrike be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.

8. Changes to the Agreement

SpamStrike reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
